We utilise both Adobe Target within Adobe Analytics and also Google Optimize with GA4 and look to understand each user session alongside conversion data and then A/B test a wide range of different on-site elements to see which elements can drive the most successful journey for each customer type towards each goal.
Hotjar is used to collect detailed user-behaviour data for years, uncovering on-page heat maps, scroll depth data and exit clicks amongst a huge range of other useful user-behaviour based metrics. We also use Hotjar’s video playback feature to review user sessions for more detailed journey analysis.
As another user-behaviour based third-party data tool, we gather even more sources of customer behaviour via Content Square. By providing in-depth insights into online interactions, Content Square enables data-driven decisions that enhance engagement, conversion rates, and overall digital success.
