User research and website transformation
Christiana Care Health System (CCHS) needed to upgrade their website to make the Virtual Women’s Information Centre more accessible. They wanted to encourage user engagement by providing a dynamic web experience.
Tasked with the challenge of bringing their vision to life, we undertook thorough research to understand the needs of the consumer. Through web audits and in depth persona work we built a detailed picture of the customer base and their requirements for the web platform.
Armed with insights, we transformed this area of the CCHS website into a dynamic, one-stop resource for women’s health and wellness.
The result was an effective platform that embraced a new level of user engagement, unique to anything that had existed before.
