Role overview
We are looking for a motivated Account Executive to join our growing team.
You will assist the management and development of long-term client relationships and support the Client Services team in the delivery of client requirements.
Working with our client partnership and strategy team, the Account Executive gets involved in all aspects of client requirements, from the initial briefing stage or internal brainstorming to building client relationships first-hand to gain experience and manage client satisfaction.
You will report to the Senior Account Supervisor.
Salary for this role – $50,000 – $70,000 (DOE & Location) + Bonus.
Skills/Responsibilities
As an Account Executive at Brandwidth, you will:
- Assisting the Senior Client Partnership team to manage a portfolio of accounts.
- Aim to be the first port of call for all those who need information, both internally and externally, assisting calmly and helpfully.
- Gain trust by gaining knowledge of Brandwidth and clients’ businesses and applying that with confidence and accuracy.
- Coordinate with the Project Management team to manage work and work with the Strategy, Creative and Development teams on the delivery.
- Take direct ownership of assigned tasks and projects showing operational excellence and using initiative to resolve challenges knowing there is support from the wider team.
- Manage up and raise a hand to help execute solutions.
- Apply curiosity to new business situations and challenges.
- Develop financial management skills, including project estimations, budget tracking and preparation of billing with the support of the Senior Client Partnership team.
- Actively contribute to team, department and agency culture.
You will bring:
- At least 1-2 years experience in client services or account management within a marketing agency or advertising agency, ideally with a background in digital platform experience design, data science, digital transformation, and e-commerce.
- Experience in helping manage and deliver multi-channel strategies for clients that encompass always-on content and communications.
- Experience helping senior team members with client retention, revenue growth, and achieving results.
- An Initiative-driven approach.
- Experience managing partner and agency relationships.
- Experience with digital technology and the use of strategy to guide digital transformation.
- Experience with agency processes including billing, creative management, and production.
- Experience in Adobe Suite (Experience Manager, Commerce, Target, and Analytics) is an advantage.
