This, more than anything else, is what we’ve built our business on. If our clients don’t like someone or trust them, we don’t keep them around too long. People who don’t deliver what they say they’re going to deliver – that whole over-promise and under-deliver thing that folks talk so much about – we don’t keep them around long, either.
